Our Services. OHA Roadside Assistance delivers Car Lockout Service, Battery Jump Start, Flat Tire Change, Emergency Fuel Delivery, Tire Inflation, Emergency Roadside Assistance. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to OHA Roadside Assistance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. OHA Roadside Assistance may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. OHA Roadside Assistance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will OHA Roadside Assistance's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify OHA Roadside Assistance from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
